Based in Essex but serving nationwide, Futuready is building an innovative educational platform that looks to change the way people learn – details of which are set to be revealed later this year. With a forward-thinking approach that goes beyond the traditional classroom model, Futuready represents exactly the kind of bold, purpose-driven business we look for at Lines Capital.

At the heart of Futuready is founder Kirsty Sweeney, whose background in education gives the business something that technology alone can’t manufacture: genuine understanding of how people learn, where the system falls short, and what real change looks like in practice.
That grounding in education, paired with Lines Capital’s expertise in technology and scaling businesses, makes for a partnership that works on paper and in practice. Kirsty brings the pedagogical insight; we bring the tools, networks and experience to help turn that insight into a platform that can reach people across the country.
