Rather than financial capital, we invest our most valuable resource - expertise. That means brand strategy, marketing, operations and more, delivered by our team at no cost to you. In return, we typically take an agreed equity stake or revenue share, structured around the individual business and deal.
In most cases, yes. The specifics vary depending on the business, the deal structure, and the stage of investment. This is always discussed openly and agreed upon before any commitment is made.
Absolutely, start-ups are some of our most exciting investments. We're well versed in building brands from the ground up, so we're just as comfortable working with a concept as we are with an established business.
Our valuation process is multifaceted and never formulaic. We assess the strength of the concept, the market opportunity, the financials where applicable, and crucially, the people behind it. Passion, vision and potential carry significant weight in our decisions - which is why some of our most successful investments started with little more than an idea.
It starts with an initial enquiry and a preliminary vetting process. From there, we'll invite you to present your business in detail - we'll give you everything you need to prepare. If we see the potential, we'll come back to you with our 360° strategy and a proposal to move forward.
Every investment is different, and we don't operate on a fixed timeline. The duration of our involvement is shaped by the needs of the business, the goals we set together, and the stage of growth - which means our commitment lasts as long as it needs to.
